As a passionate property photographer, I specialise in capturing the essence and beauty of residential and commercial properties. I believe that every space tells a unique story, and I love bringing that story to life through my lens. Whether it’s the warmth of a family home or the sleek elegance of a modern apartment, I focus on the little details that make each property special.
I also believe in the power of people to truly bring a space to life. Whether it’s the laughter of a family enjoying their home, the focus of a professional in a modern office, or a couple relaxing in a chic apartment, including people in my photography adds an emotional layer that transforms a simple image into a living, breathing narrative. If appropriate for the project, I carefully integrate people into the spaces I shoot, ensuring that they complement the architecture while also telling a story about how the space is used and experienced.
With an eye for detail, composition, and lighting, I create stunning images that showcase a property’s potential, whether it’s for real estate listings, holiday home listings (Airbnb), marketing materials, or architectural portfolios. My goal is to not just capture a space, but to convey the emotions and narratives within it, helping prospective buyers or renters envision themselves living there.
My love for photography drives me to continually improve my skills and stay ahead of trends in the property industry, ensuring that every shot highlights the space in its most flattering light.

Residential
This is for homes up to 150sqm
- Onsite / Shooting time: Up to 1.5 hours
- 10-30 Edited high resolution images via an online gallery ready for download
- Turnaround of photos is within 24 - 48 hours.
- Aerial Drone shot is included if required
- Havelock North, Hastings, Napier areas
- Travel fees may apply if out of zone. Please get in touch for a quote

Residential +
This is for homes greater than 150sqm
- Onsite / Shooting time: Up to 3 hours
- 30+ Edited high resolution images via an online gallery ready for download
- Turnaround of photos is within 24 - 48 hours.
- Drone photography included if required
- Havelock North, Hastings, Napier areas
- Travel fees may apply if out of zone. Please get in touch for a quote
- Time of shoot: To be discussed
Lifestyle & Rural
Home + Land.
- Onsite / Shooting time: Up to 3 hours

- Turnaround of photos is within 24 - 48 hours

+ The Farm
Farm photography involves many variables like property size, shot types, weather, and special requests. Since these factors can affect time and effort, I charge per hour to ensure the best results.
- $120 per hour for every extra hour used after the 3 hour package

This is for land only & farm buildings. (no houses)
